Prices & Conditions

Tours are a minimum of two hours. In my experience, anything shorter can feel rushed and stressful, so it’s best to plan for enough time to really enjoy it.

I’m usually pretty relaxed about timing, but if I have another tour booked afterward, I’ll need to leave on time. After all, the next guests are counting on me to be punctual—just like I want to be on time for you!

Payment: You can pay for your bespoke private tour in cash at the start of the tour. If you’d like to pay in advance via bank transfer, we’ll provide an invoice with the necessary details. (Card payments are coming soon, but are not available yet.)

Tickets for museums, galleries, and similar attractions are not included in the price. If you’re planning to visit places like Schönbrunn Palace or the Belvedere Gallery, feel free to contact me—I can offer guidance on tickets and time slots. As a certified tour guide, I am also accredited at many museums in Vienna, which allows me to book tickets for you directly with the institutions

The prices listed above are for groups of up to 10 people, which is the ideal size for enjoying Vienna comfortably. For larger groups, some museums require audio guides, and I also recommend using them when touring the city center. The cost of these audio systems would need to be added for groups exceeding 10 people

You can cancel your booking free of charge up to one week before the tour. For example, if your tour is on a Monday, you may cancel any time until the previous Monday at midnight (CET, local time). Cancellations made between one week and 72 hours before the tour incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the tour require full payment.
